I'm very happy with the Bell Motivator trainer. I"m just a recreational cyclist, but I don't enjoy cycling when it's minus 30F outside! So I wanted something I could use to bring my old mountain bike inside and keep in-shape during the long winter here in Alaska. I find the trainer very easy to use, and I had the bike set up and started riding within 5 minutes of getting it out of the box. There is noise, but I don't find it too obnoxious. Could be because I have very heavy, studded mountain bike tires on my bike. I just wanted something simple, at not too exorbitant a cost, and I found it! I've been using it every other day, for almost three weeks now, and I have no complaints.

This trainer is a great beginner trainer. I am a young teenager finishing up my first season racing. I decide I wanted to stick with it so I bought a trainer. The trainer is assembled in box and is ready to use. I would recommend that you use the skewer that comes with it. It fits the trainer quite nicely. The trainer is very quiet. The only draw-back is that is doesn't have much resistance. Which is why I rated it a 4/5 stars. It works fine turning a big gear. If you want a trainer to just stay fit on. Stop reading and buy it now. Like I said before if you are just starting into racing this is one of the best trainers you can buy for how much it is.

This trainer exceeded my expections in value, quality and functionality. I purchased it for my wife as an exercise option and she loves it. Although the trainer elevates the rear of the bike, I was able to easily compensate by tilting the seat and handle bars. The bike is very stable on the stand and if necessary a block can be used under the front wheel for a level ride.

I am very happy with the bike trainer I purchased from Amazon. The shipping was very fast and the trainer was complete. It works great. No problems at all. I recommend this item to any who would rather not ride outside in the elements and the animals and the traffic.
